Favorable climatic conditions for transmission of arboviruses

The figure below shows the weather receptiveness indicator of the municipality for the transmission of arboviruses. When the indicator is above the threshold (horizontal line), the environmental conditions are favorable to viral transmission. That means attention needs to be augmented for the possible sustained circulation of arboviruses and for the vector control implementation.

 

Dengue Situation

This year, until this week, 4156 dengue cases have been registered. In the last year, until this week, 53653 had been registered.
